Elliott Davis, reporter for Fox 2 in St. Louis, has gone to great lengths to get the Illinois governor to talk about a PR deal that is unnecessary and costing tax payers. They're trying to strum up support on the IL side of the river to build a bridge that would take you into downtown STL from IL and this PR firm appointed by the governor is a waste of money because IL's Dept. of Transportation already has PR people on staff.
