No, the post isn't anything like U(r)sher's confessions, but I do have to admit that I went to see "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and actually enjoyed it.
The movie, which stars Isla Fisher and Hugh Dancy, is more or less a comedy about a girl who is living the typical post-college dream life in New York as a magazine journalist but has an extreme shopping addiction and is in drowning in debt because of it. Joan Cusack and John Goodman play Fisher's down-to-earth parents in the film and add a nice comedic value to the movie.
And, yes gentlemen, this
is sort of a chick flick, but it's not so much of one that you won't enjoy yourself.

I want to see this. Isn't this a book, too?
Yeah, I think it was based off of a novel that was popular a few years ago in Britain.
You'll enjoy it.
