Severe Storm Sunday

It looks like the Ozarks could be under the gun for severe weather on Sunday, according to Accuweather.com.
The highest threat for widespread severe weather appears to be late Sunday into Sunday night. The combination of an approaching cold front and a jet stream digging far to the south will trigger an outbreak of severe weather late Sunday, Sunday night and into Monday...
KSPR Chief Meteorologist Kevin Lighty's blog entry today agrees: There will be "warm temperatures lasting through the rest of this week but then those precipitation chances really ramping up by sometime Sunday or late Sunday depending on which model verifies."

"As we look at some of the severe weather parameters we see decent instability and wind shear that may be available for storm development."
